Shipping Policy

InflatableRollingMachine.com is committed to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping our products domestically and internationally. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


1. Shipping Destinations


We ship our products to addresses within the United States of America and to most international destinations. However, please note that we reserve the right to exclude specific countries or regions due to logistical or legal constraints. 2. Shipping Rates


We do offer Free Shipping. However, if there are any additional fees, taxes, Customs fees or taxes the customer is responsible for them. This can include Remote Area Surcharges, Currency conversion fees, or import/export licensing or permits.  This will all be determined based on the customers situation and any extra costs must be paid prior to shipping.


3. Shipping Methods


We offer the following shipping methods for our customers:


a) Domestic Shipping:

   - Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within [5-7 business days]



b) International Shipping:

   - Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within [8-9 business days]

   - Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within [X to Y business days]


Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances or customs processing.


4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes


For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes levied by their country's government. These fees are not included in the shipping rates and will be collected separately by the respective customs authorities.  InflatableRollingMachine.com / Cliff's Creative Games LLC is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages
